Reservations must be booked 24 hours in advance for all services.
48 hours notice for cancellations is required. Cancellations & no-shows within 48 hours will be charged for the reservation. Accepting these policies gives Watch Dog Boarding permission to send an invoice for this fee or charge the card on file.
Drop Off Days & Times
Monday - Saturday: 7am - 10am, 4pm - 7pm
Sunday: 4pm - 6pm
$10 fee for pick up/drop off outside of regular hours (6am - 7am or 7pm - 8pm). We must be made aware of these special accommodations in advance.
Personal belongings (toys, bed, blankets, etc.) are welcomed. Watch Dog Boarding is not liable for items left with us.
If a pet begins to destroy their belongings they will be removed for the safety of the pet.
*Sanitized stainless steel bowls are provided for each pet during their stay.*
Unaltered male dogs are allowed to be in group play as long as they are not distracting or disruptive in the pack setting. If an unaltered dog is distracting or disruptive in group play, they will be placed in solo camp until they have been spayed or neutered.
Female dogs are not permitted to board if they are unaltered and over one year of age.
Female dogs in heat are not permitted to return to daycare until six weeks after their heat cycle ends.
Female and male dogs may return to group play two weeks after their alteration surgery.
If a female dog begins heat cycle while at Watch Dog Boarding, she will be isolated and sent home with the emergency contact on file immediately.
We are not permitted to house sick animals. If a dog is to show signs of communicable illness we are required to quarantine them in our animal control approved isolated ward. Sick animals are welcome back after being cleared by a veterinarian OR fourteen days after the illness subsides.
Watch Dog Boarding requires up-to-date vaccination records for Bordetella, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Rabies for Boarding and Daycare reservations.
Vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian.
