1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.

3. Add the peanut butter and hot water to the dry ingredients. Mix until it forms a dough.

4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.

5. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut out shapes.

6. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and firm.

8. Let them cool completely before giving them to your dog.

Banana and Pumpkin Dog Treat

  • 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a bowl, mix the mashed banana and pumpkin puree until well combined.

3. Gradually add the whole wheat flour and mix until it forms a dough.

4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.

5. Use a cookie cutter or knife to cut out shapes.

6. Place the treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the treats are firm and lightly browned.

8. Allow them to cool before giving them to your dog.

Chicken and Sweet Potato Jerky Treat

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, washed and peeled

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).

2. Slice the sweet potatoes and chicken breast into thin strips.

3. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they don't overlap.

4. Bake for about 2-3 hours or until the treats are dried and leathery.

5. Let them cool completely before giving them to your dog.

Always remember to check for any food allergies your dog may have before introducing new treats into their diet. Also, moderation is key – treats should only make up a small portion of your dog's overall diet. If you're ever uncertain about a specific ingredient, consult your veterinarian. Enjoy baking for your furry friend!
